Ajax MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller

The Ajax MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller is an advanced wireless indoor motion detector with built-in photo verification and Photo on Demand (PhOD) functionality. It combines accurate PIR motion detection with instant visual confirmation, making it ideal for security systems where verification and response speed are critical.Using a high-quality PIR sensor, the device detects motion up to 12 meters with an 88.5° horizontal viewing angle, providing reliable coverage for rooms, offices, and entry points. Intelligent algorithms filter out false alarms caused by air movement, lighting changes, or temperature fluctuations. The integrated camera captures a series of images when motion is detected, allowing users and monitoring centres to verify alarms instantly. With Photo on Demand (PhOD), authorised users can also request images at any time via the Ajax app, enabling real-time checks without triggering an alarm. The detector supports pet immunity (up to ±20 kg / ~50 cm height), reducing false triggers from small animals, making it suitable for both residential and commercial environments.Communication is handled via Ajax’s secure Jeweller protocol for alarm signals and Wings protocol for image transmission, ensuring encrypted, reliable communication with a range of up to 1,700 meters line-of-sight.With up to 4 years of battery life, built-in tamper protection, and easy installation, the MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller provides a powerful combination of detection and visual verification for modern security systems.Key FeaturesWireless indoor PIR motion detector with cameraDetection range up to 12 meters88.5° horizontal detection anglePhoto verification on motion detectionPhoto on Demand (PhOD) via Ajax appPet immunity (up to ±20 kg / ~50 cm height)Intelligent false alarm filteringSecure Jeweller (control) + Wings (image transmission)Up to 1,700 m communication range (LOS)Up to 4 years battery lifeBuilt-in tamper protectionRemote configuration via Ajax appQuick and easy installation
