Ajax DoorProtect Jeweller

The Ajax DoorProtect Jeweller is a compact wireless magnetic sensor designed to detect the opening of doors and windows. It provides instant alerts when an entry point is accessed, making it a key component of any Ajax security system.Using a magnetic reed switch, the device detects when the magnet is separated from the main unit, triggering an alarm event. It can be installed on doors, windows, or other movable surfaces, offering reliable perimeter protection for residential and commercial environments. The sensor supports both small and large magnets, allowing flexible installation depending on the mounting position and surface type. It can also be used with a third-party wired detector via its additional input, enabling integration with other security devices.Communication is handled via Ajax’s secure Jeweller radio protocol, providing encrypted, two-way communication with a range of up to 1,200 meters line-of-sight, ensuring stable and reliable connectivity. With up to 7 years of battery life, built-in tamper protection, and remote configuration via the Ajax app, the DoorProtect Jeweller is designed for long-term, maintenance-free operation.Key Features- Wireless door/window opening sensor- Magnetic reed switch detection- Supports small and large magnets- Additional input for wired detector integration- Secure Jeweller communication (up to 1,200 m LOS)- Encrypted two-way communication- Up to 7 years battery life- Built-in tamper protection- Remote configuration via Ajax app- Compact and easy to install
